Recorded in a single session at Chicago’s long-established Joyride Studio, where numerous blues legends have recorded their Grammy-winning classics, it captures a dynamic live performance by Lee Kanehira on piano and vocals, accompanied by John W. Lauler on upright bass and Derek Hendrickson on drums. This fresh and flamboyant cover of the blues giant Tampa Red is a super fun dance number that will give you the boogie woogie frenzy.
